Get to know Ashley . . .
Ashley Siljenberg
Ashley is the founder of Momentum Math Tutoring. She graduated from Iowa State University with her B.S. in Genetics and a minor in Mathematics. She went on to earn her 5-8 General Science and 9-12 Life Science Minnesota Teaching License.
Ashley has over a decade of experience teaching students. She started tutoring Calculus while at Iowa State University. She then taught in the classroom for 6 years where she worked with students with a variety of learning styles and differences. She has expereince working with both middle and high school students. Ashley decided to leave the classroom to pursue her passion of working with students one-on-one to help each student succeed. She has been tutoring students privately for over 4 years.
When Ashley isn’t tutoring you’d likely find her out riding her bike or hiking through the woods with her dog and kids. Ashley and her family love to travel and are often exploring new places by bicycle. She is an avid vegetable gardener that loves to spend time outside. A mother of 2 boys, Ashley’s passion for education has proven invaluable as a homeschool parent.
